Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
The protection of your personal data is important to me. This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In short: Statistics services (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) are only loaded after your consent – without consent, no analytics cookies are set. Fonts are loaded locally; there is no connection to Google Fonts. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Local fonts
The fonts used are loaded locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other font providers; no data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.
Consent and consent management
Statistics services (see below) are only used if you have consented beforehand. By default these services are disabled (Google Consent Mode v2). On your first visit, a notice appears through which you can grant or decline your consent. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) and can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG.
Cookies and similar technologies
Technically necessary storage operations (e.g. to save your privacy choice) take place without consent. Cookies or comparable technologies of the analytics services named below are only set after your consent. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The Tag Manager is used to manage and embed other services (tags). The Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles and – as long as no consent has been given – does not set consent-requiring cookies. It ensures that the services named below are only triggered after your consent.
Google Analytics 4
After your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to evaluate the use of the website (e.g. pages viewed, time on site, approximate origin, device used). This information helps us improve our offering.
The IP address is processed by Google Analytics 4 in a shortened form by default and is not stored permanently. A transfer of data to servers of Google LLC in the USA cannot be excluded; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this is based on your consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR) and on standard contractual clauses.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by an external service provider (host). The provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host processes data on our behalf; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
When the website is accessed, information is automatically stored in so-called server log files that your browser transmits:
- page/file accessed and time of access
- amount of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval
- browser type and version as well as operating system used
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are stored for a short time for security reasons and then deleted.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser's address bar.
Contacting us
If you contact me by email, phone, via the contact form or via WhatsApp, your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) are processed to handle your enquiry.
If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, optionally phone number and message) is processed server-side and forwarded to me by email in order to handle your enquiry. No permanent storage in a database takes place; the transmission is SSL/TLS-encrypted. Processing requires your consent via the checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to handle your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Note on WhatsApp
If you use the WhatsApp link, you will be redirected to the WhatsApp service (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, a company of the Meta group). Data may be transferred to WhatsApp and possibly to third countries (e.g. the USA). Use is voluntary; WhatsApp's privacy terms apply.
Your rights
Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:
- information about your processed data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR), and
- withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@danielharth.de is sufficient.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
